[Sane-analysis] Update to sane_physics.f

Modified sane_physics.f to fix a bug in the
determination of cerb_time in the icer
subroutine.

Also the arguments in the call CORRECT_ANGLES
are slightly changed. The subtraction of the
slow_rast_x and slow_rast_y in the first two
arguments is eliminated.

Some small changes in the lucte and tracker subroutines.

The latest version of Hovannes code is at
bhovik/Analyzer_anu on octavian.

Tommorrow I will go through the rest of
the Analyzer_anu and update the CVS if needed.
