[Sane-analysis] Minutes of October 13 Analysis Meeting

_*James:*_ Following up from last week, looking at tracking using Bdl 
Hovhannes obtained from the GEANT. Sees a shift towards 0. Some 
discrepancy between what he and Hovhannes see. Will look more into this.

_*Anusha:*_ Looking at measured and physics elastic asymmteries, using 
5.9 GeV HMS data. Asymmetries appear to stable overall. Will try 
averaging into a few groups in addition to target polarization.
