[Sane-analysis] VNC for meetings

Hello, all,

I've slightly changed the way the vncserver for our analysis meetings work.

First and most importantly, the vnc desktop is now 28!  Not 29.
Second, the web-based java viewer should be working here:

http://twist.phys.virginia.edu:5828/

I've put together a quick Howto if you need to tunnel to Twist:
