[Sane-analysis] Updated file gscalers.param in replay CVS

I redid the BCM calibration using scaler(174) as the 1 MHz clock.
The previous BCm calibration used scaler(503) as the  1 MHz clock,
but it was not exactly 1 MHz. Using scaler 174 calibration increases
the beam current by about 1.04 .

I have put the new parameters in the gscalers.param file and
put it in the CVS.
