[Sane-analysis] Minutes of May 4 Analysis Meeting

_*Hovhannes:*_ Going through procedure for calculating positive helicity 
scalers, based on work done by Oscar and Hoyoung. Compared Hoyoung's 
method of fitting-areas to fitting-centroids.

_*Narbe:*_ Looked through radiative corrections code. Turned off 
smearing for elastic peak and test ran one of the Q^2 bin generated 
kinematic tables. Seems to get reasonable elastic cross-sections.

Added structure-function F_1 and R(=sigma_L/sigma_T) to GEANT ntuple. 
Will be used to make tables for physics asymmetries.

Because the models are per nucleus, will need to make sure F_1 and R are 
from proton and not NH3(nitrogen or helium).
