[Sane-analysis] Analysis Run List

Hello, all,

I've updated the run list for good analysis runs on the wiki, after
including a flag for runs without "End of Run" entries in the Hall C
elog.  At this point, the run list is complete, although it will be
updated as new files are added to our collection of replayed runs on
octavian.

You can find a short explanation, a table, as well as a data file on

I've implemented this run list into my analysis, so all future plots
from me will be using these runs.
