[Sane-analysis] SANE Forward Tracker Details

Dear Tracker Experts and Collaborators,

I have added a page on the wiki about the tracker (
https://hallcweb.jlab.org/experiments/sane/wiki/index.php/Forward_Tracker)
to consolidate  and clear up tracker information.
There you will find the details pertaining to the tracker geometry and
construction which I have gathered from talks and presentations. There is a
lot of contradicting information which needs to be sorted out.
There is still a lot that is undocumented about the tracker construction.

Tracker experts, please check the website for accuracy and answer the
questions in the unknown section. Add any other information that is missing.

Hovannes, you mentioned  that you are using shifts for the tracker. What
are they?
