[Sane-analysis] SANE Long Paper

Hi,

At today's meeting we started to consider writing the SANE long paper,
which will be done in parallel with the first letter on our results.

The file with the proposed SANE long paper sections and authors is on
the Analysis meetings VNC desktop (OpenOffice/LibreOffice format):

SANE_long_p.odt

Volunteers are invited to add their names to unclaimed sections.
Suggestions for merging/adding/changing sections are welcome. Feel free
to edit the file (just double click to open) and save it back to the VNC
desktop.

Any changes will be discussed at the next analysis meeting, July 11.
The goal is to have section drafts ready by the first week of September.
