[Sane-analysis] Planned twist down

Hi SANE analysis,

Our UVA Physics IT expert needs to upgrade the Ubuntu release on twist.
A window has been popping up on the analysis vnc desktop saying that the
installed release is no longer supported, and we need to upgrade.

The upgrade will be done sometime between this Fri. 11/15 and Mon.
11/26, both dates included. We don't expect to have our weekly meeting
next week. Users doing SANE analysis work on twist should plan accordingly.
