[Sane-analysis] Follow up: More on BigCal angles

Hi,

Mark run his code and pointed out that I was neglecting the small
horizontal bending, +/- 1.359 deg. for E' = 1 GeV (80/180), and 0.466
deg for E' = 1.713 GeV, 80, see cells "O11" on tabs "magnet9h*" in the
spreadsheet. (The deflection in theta changes sign from 80 deg to 180
deg, by symmetry about 40 deg).

With this bending, the coordinates to angles fit agrees well with the
tracking code, see updated table. The Integral B.dl method does not
include horizontal bending, so it cannot accurately reproduce the thrown
theta.
