[Sane-analysis] Moving up the next SANE analysis to next week

I will be away the week of Aug 19th, so I am moving the date
of the next SANE analysis up to Wed August 14th at 3:30 and then have meetings
every two weeks after that. I will send out an email on Tues Aug 13th to
remind everyone.
