[Sane-analysis] updated kinematic plot

Whit,

Another difference is the plots is that I put a cut at 1 GeV. So effectively
this raises my means for energy for the low Q2 bins and in effect forces the prot
and rcs to be the same for these bins , since they both cant have
energy below 1 in the bin.

If it is not a lot of work can you send Jixie and me a file with the point on the plot
so we can compare directly and use a 1 GeV energy cut off?

          Cheers,
                 Mark

Here is an update for my kinematic plots:

Monte Carlo Parallel 5.9 GeV:

Monte Carlo Perpendicular 5.9 GeV:

I updated my kinematic plot with the correct cut on vertical
position to identify RCS versus Protvino part. It didn't make much
difference. The new file has been uploaded. I also see that Jixie
has placed his files on the wiki.
