[Sane-analysis] wiki update: packing fractions

I have updated the Packing Fractions entry in the wiki, with a Summary
Table of Final pf's. The pf's are based on Hoyoung's analysis. They
should be used in all analysis codes and publications.

Note that an average packing fraction is also listed. This is just the
simple average of the pf's for the 8 ammonia loads. Since the amount
loaded depends on many factors and the calculation of its pf depends on
the specific experimental conditions while it was being used, each pf is
unique. Simple averages may then be safer than assuming a normal
distribution and calculating a mean pf and its error.
