[Sane-analysis] Plots added

I've added plots displaying the world inclusive pion photoproduction
data I could find, for 4.5 and 5 GeV bremsstrahlung photons on C, H and
D, and the 4.5 GeV data on C used for the fit, along with the scaling fit.

The H and D data at 5 GeV from Wiser are scaled times 12 and times 6,
respectively. Plots are at my wiki page, item in *bold*

Within the 20 to 60  deg. angular range of the C data used for the fit,
the scaled up H and D data agree well with the fit and C data, although
their energies are slightly different.

Since there seem to be no other inclusive photopion data on C or similar
nuclei at other energies, it's not possible to  add some type of energy
dependency to the fit, e.g. the simple Wiser form (M^2/s)^c, where M is
the target mass, s is the total energy squared and c is a fit parameter.
