[Sane-analysis] W and Q^2 dependencies

Here are the plots I was trying to show at the meeting.

The plots at the bottom of pages 4 and 7 show the world A1 DIS data in
the limited range 2 < W < 3 GeV. This range covers most of SANE's DIS data.

The short green curves show the local variation of the global fits to
both W and Q^2. The purple line shows only the Q^2 component of the fit,
calculated at the mean W of the data in the W range indicated earlier.

As it can be seen, most of the apparent Q^2 dependence is due to W
dependence over the rather narrow chosen range 2 to 3 GeV (steep green
curves). The isolated Q^2 dependence is much weaker.

The green curves are the same shown on the plots at the top of the same
pages, where all W values are included.

I've also uploaded the (obsolete) file A1-A2_fits that would not display
during the meeting.
