[Sane-analysis] Updated inclusive pions wiki section

I have updated my wiki section on Inclusive pions, adding some
clarifications, including how to convert the scaling fit's invariant
cross section to a double differential form that can be used in
simulations, and a comment on using epc with the angle dependent
empirical modification as an alternative.
