[Sane-analysis] Update to background asymmetry write-up

I have updated my draft write-up about the procedure for applying the
background corrections to our measured asymmetries.
The previous value of the neutral pion longitudinal asymmetry A_LL,
based on T. Toole's E155 thesis, has been replaced with the A_LL value
from Luwani's fit to the E155 published data. T. Toole's thesis included
some additional points but, since the two results agree, using the
published data should simplify citations in our planned publications.
