Note their notation eq.(2) is Moment = n-2, so for d_2(x^2), n = 4.
Table 1 shows mass scale M_0(n=4) = 0.5, so say for Q^2 = 1.3 GeV^2
n <= Q^2/(M_0)^2 = 1.3/0.25 = 5.2,
so n=4 is OK at 1.3 GeV^2, i.e. it's in the duality zone, region B, fig.
1a. HT can be extracted at this Q^2 from resonance data using duality.
Conversely, knowing the HT matrix elements, one can get information
about the resonances, see text discussion of Fig. 1.
