[Sane-analysis] next meeting Thurs Feb 23rd at 3pm

At this Thursday meeting, discussed the experimental 
section of the long A1p paper. Whether to have the experimental section
with target and BETA ( of course Cerenkov has its on NIM already) 
in a NIM article to speed up publication was discussed. Decision postponed
and decided just to continue writing and decide later.

Next meeting THurs Feb 23rd at 3pm.
