Working on elastic radiative tail corrections. Trying to reproduce RSS

results to have a basis. Has some discrepancies.<br>

Narbe: Confirmed that radiative corrections are correct.

Met with Vahe last week and went through code with him. Did a

comparison with his and Vahe's versions and got identical results. Made

updated tables with SANE bins.<br>
