iterative method, on single-arm data. Gets reasonable results. <br>

<u><b>Narbe:</b></u> Update on GEANT for dilution factors. Corrected
LHe so that it is now both in the target cup as well as the outer edges
(+/- 0.5 cm). Aluminum windows added. Had a mistake in throwing over
the acceptance (got it corrected 09/01/11). <br>

Seems to be fairly consistent with those from old Replay. <br>

<u><b>Oscar:</b></u> Looking at F1 from the model being used (F1F209).
Sees peculiar behavior at lower x_Bj (< 0.25), compared to other
