<u><b>Whit:</b></u> Looking further at the BETA_Cerenkov efficiency
--focusing on parallel data. Looked at the timing correction. Sees
improvement in the Cerenkov efficiency with standard energy cut (E'
> 1.3 GeV) as well as a discrepancy in the BigCal TDC distribution
by block possibly due to an alignment issue. Hovhannes mentioned that
the alignment issue was fixed
