Anusha Liyanage's paper with the title "Measurement of the Proton 
Form Factor Ratio GEp/GMp from Double Spin Asymmetries" submitted to the 
William & Mary Graduate Research Symposium 2013 has been selected for a 
prize of Excellence in Scholarship.

Congratulations!  It is our great pleasure to inform you that your paper 
was selected by our judging panel to be awarded a prize for Excellence in 
Scholarship.  The papers were judged blindly by an independent panel of 
William & Mary faculty and Graduate Studies Advisory Board members, and 
your paper was deemed worthy of an award among the many outstanding 
submissions.  In order to claim your prize, we require that you attend the 
Awards Luncheon on Saturday, March 23rd from 12:00-1:30PM to be 
acknowledged for your achievement.  Please call Vicki Thompson Dopp 
(Office of Graduate Studies & Research at 757-221-1966) or email 
vlthompsondopp at wm.edu to confirm your attendance and provide her with your 
social security number so we can process your award.  As a visiting 
presenter you are also required to complete the ?Form W-9? which can be 
found on the IRS webpage

form and mail or fax (757-221-4874) us the form ASAP.  Additional
