Greeting, SANE collaborations, 

If you hadn't heard, the SANE analysis group decided to roll the experimental details of SANE out of a long Physics paper, and into a NIM paper which the Physics letters can cite. With much help from Whit, Mark and Oscar, I've put together a draft of this paper, available on the SANE Wiki here:

I welcome your comments and corrections. Please check the author list, and let me know if your name or institution is misrepresented or if we are somehow missing someone. We would very much like to submit this paper to the arXiv by the end of the week, specifically the end of day this Friday the 10th, after which it will be submitted to NIM Section A.
