the experiments, the detectors and other equipment, manpower, funding,
new ideas and other items important to our collaboration.

*Sorry, I forgot to ask for input last week.  You are welcome to send
  me any suggestions for improvements or to bring them up at
  Wednesday's meeting.  The attached version of the charter is
  identical to that circulated last week.  It reflects suggestions made
  by Seamus, Douglas, Kees, Thia, Bogdan and Gordon.  I think it is
  greatly improved from the original version and may be in a form
  acceptable to everyone.  If no further changes are suggested, we will
  decide on a mechanism for final acceptance of the charter.

    As usual, it would be helpful if presenters could send their slides to
John LeRose (preferably PDF perhaps also PPT) to have them posted on the
collaboration web site before the meeting.  Presentations can also be 
shown on EVO/SeeVogh.
