Dear SBS collaborators,

First, I should announce the result of voting on the charter amendment
which was circulated several weeks ago. I've now received votes from all
members of the SBS collaboration coordinating committee, and the amendment
has passed unanimously. The effect of this is to add a second project
scientist to the make-up of the committee. Gordon Cates has been chosen
and has agreed to fill this position.

We will have our next regular weekly meeting on Wednesday
in room F226 of CC.

Time: 11:00-12:30

US 866-740-1260
International 303-248-0285

Access code: 9335626 (#)

LISA/EVO/SeeVogh: "SBS_general", code "a1n"

The subjects of the meeting will rotate among the SBS topics:
the experiments, the detectors and other equipment, manpower, funding,
new ideas and other items important to our collaboration.

Agenda:

Nov. 6: Seamus Riordan, Update on Monte Carlo
Robin Wines, Update on 48D48 and related activities and
                      update on Hall floor plan.

 	Preparation for SBS Annual Review

As usual, it would be helpful if presenters could send their slides to
John LeRose (preferably PDF perhaps also PPT) to have them posted on the
collaboration web site before the meeting. Presentations can also be
shown on EVO/SeeVogh.

          Thanks,
          Brian
