Dear SBS collaborators,

I want to remind you that we will be talking about preparation for the
SBS annual review at tomorrow's meeting. In particular, Bogdan has asked
that we prepare summary slides for each activity, see list below. If you
are listed as being responsible for a summary, and have not already done
so, please send your slide to John LeRose so it can be included on the SBS
minutes page and be available for easy viewing in tomorrow's meeting.
The turnout for last week's meeting was disappointing. If you are
responsible for a summary slide, please make an effort to be at the
meeting so you can get feedback from your collaborators. Also if you are
involved in a project but are not preparing the slide you should certainly
be motivated to attend the meeting and ensure that the the summary
conveys what you consider to be the important facts.

We will have our next regular weekly meeting on Wednesday
in room F226 of CC.

Time: 11:00-12:30

US 866-740-1260
International 303-248-0285

Access code: 9335626 (#)

LISA/EVO/SeeVogh: "SBS_general", code "a1n"
As a backup we may use the ReadyTalk web conferencing (www.readytalk.com
same access code) if EVO doesn't work well.

The subjects of the meeting will rotate among the SBS topics:
the experiments, the detectors and other equipment, manpower, funding,
new ideas and other items important to our collaboration.

As usual, it would be helpful if presenters could send their slides to
John LeRose (preferably PDF perhaps also PPT) to have them posted on the
collaboration web site before the meeting. Presentations can also be
shown on EVO/SeeVogh.

          Thanks,
          Brian
