[Sbs] Request for some info for SBS annual review (needed by Thursday)

Dear SBS collaborators,

   Attached is my present slide listing SBS collaborators.  If I've omitted 
anybody at your institution who should be on the list, please send me the 
name(s).  If I've forgotten any institutions, please send me that and the 
names of the active collaborators.  One collective reply per institution 
would be much appreciated.

   (If these people would like to be on the SBS e-mail list, please send me 
their addresses as well.)

   For a separate slide, I would like to compile a list of all SBS-related 
talks given in the past few years.  If someone at your institution has 
given an SBS-related talk in 2011 - 2013, please send me the basic 
information: Conference (or venue), speaker, year, and type of talk 
(invited, contributed, seminar...).

   Finally, I would like to give an idea of how much money is being spent 
by the collaboration (outside JLab).  If you are spending money this year 
on SBS-related work or expect to do so next year, please tell me the 
amount (by year).  Also, if part or all of it is funding from JLab or, in 
particular, from the DOE-sponsored SBS program, please indicate how much 
of the funding comes from those sources.  Very rough numbers (nearest
10 k$ ?  or nearest 1 k$ for small sums.) are fine.

   Slides for the review talks are supposed to be submitted to the DOE 
before Friday morning, so I would need your response before close of 
business on Thursday (before noon would be much better!) to have time to 
incorporate them in my slides.

PS If the funding numbers are too difficult to pin down (even roughly) 
please send me the list of talks and omitted collaborators anyway.
