Dear SBS collaborators,

As discussed at this week's SBS collaboration weekly meeting, we must
begin preparing for the SBS annual review in early November.
It was agreed that a useful first step would be to prepare a one-page
summary slide for each activity (avoiding the word 'project') including
both activities which are part of the DOE-funded SBS program and
peripheral ones.

We will go over these summaries in the weekly meeting of Oct. 2. If
your name is listed for an activity, please prepare a summary slide before
this time (in consultation with other people involved) and send it to John
LeRose in time to be available for the 11:00 am meeting. (Including a pdf
as well as your ppt, word document, or whatever will make it easier for
everyone to view the slides.)

 		Thanks,
 		Brian
