[Sbs] SBS weekly meeting Wednesday (and collaboration meeting dates)

Dear SBS collaborators,

Based on the Doodle poll (http://doodle.com/em2i8ivch6rdr8df) we have 
chosen July 7-8 as the dates for the summer collaboration meeting, barring 
unforeseen circumstances.  A tentative schedule will be posted on the SBS 
web site soon and the link to it will be circulated.

We will have our next regular weekly meeting on Wednesday
in room F226 of CC.

The subjects of the meeting will rotate among the SBS topics:
the experiments, the detectors and other equipment, manpower, funding,
new ideas and other items important to our collaboration.

Apr. 23  Kondo - Beam test of GEMs in Hall A
 	 Robin - Status of all SBS design/engineering projects

Apr. 30  Thia - Pion structure function
          Mahbub - Update on CDet

May  7   TBD (volunteers welcome)

May 14   Robin - Vacuum snout design

    It would be helpful if presenters could send their slides to:

(preferably including a PDF perhaps also PPT etc.) to have them posted on 
the collaboration web site before the meeting. 
(Vahe is traveling this week so Seamus has agreed to post them, since I 
don't seem to have the right privileges.)
