[Sbs] Preparations for DOE SBS review on Nov 4-5 2014

For preparations for the DOE SBS review on Nov 4-5 2014,
I have setup a wiki page at

The page contains a link to  the DOE SBS Nov 2013 report with a list
of the report recommendations each followed by action items.

The items that require input from all collaborators are:

1) Technical Specifications Document for all experimental components in the SBS program 
   
    I will write and coordinate the document. I will contact
the main person for each experimental component to get information.
I will try to send out a word doc template by Friday Aug 29th.

2) Develop an integration plan for all experimental components

   I will write the document. Most of the information will come
  from the milestones for the dependencies.

3) Update the Research Management Plan to capture current plans

   The RMP has been updated and submitted to DOE. For the
  review, we need to have one page summaries of past year
  activities from each group in the RMP. Brian Quinn is
  coordinating the summaries.

The response to the other recommendations is being coordinated
by Evaristo and Nilanga for the GEMs, Alexandre for the DAQ 
and Seamus for the GEANT background studies.
