Dear SBS collaborators,

We will have our next regular weekly meeting on Wednesday
in room F226 of CC.

US 866-740-1260
International 303-248-0285

Access code: 9335626 (#)

the experiments, the detectors and other equipment, manpower, funding,
new ideas and other items important to our collaboration.

Agenda:

Feb. 5: Robin Wines - 48D48 status / Experiment layout
(I'll include this talk even though it seems to make it
snow at JLab and closes the lab. Third time's the charm.)

Short (~1 slide, ~5 minutes) review of status of all
components (+ ~5 min. each for questions):

          Front Tracker - Evaristo
 	 Polarimeter Tracker - Nilanga
 	 ECal - Bogdan
 	 HCal-J - Gregg
 	 3He - Gordon
 	 DAQ/FastBus - Alex
 	 SBS magnet/power - Robin
 	 BigBite - Doug
 	 Analysis - TBD
 	 Monte Carlo - Seamus
 	 LH2 target - TBD
 	 Coord. Det. - Mahbub
 	 TArray - John
 	 RICH - Andrew
 	 GRINCH - Todd
 	 others???

Feb. 12: Continue short reviews of status of all components?

Feb. 19: Gordon Cates - 3He target status
          + TBD

It would be helpful if presenters could send their slides to
** Vahe Mamyan ** vmamyan at cmu.edu (preferably including a PDF
perhaps also PPT etc.) to have them posted on the collaboration web
site before the meeting.

Presentations will be available for viewing (and will be archived) at:
http://hallaweb.jlab.org/12GeV/SuperBigBite/SBS-minutes/2014/

Presentations can also be shown on EVO/SeeVogh (or www.readytalk.com if
EVO is not possible for somebody.)

          Thanks,
          Brian
