[Sbs] Gep5 channel count and option and SBS experiment configs

Here are two tables.
First tables are the different options to readout the detectors planned to
be used with Fastbus.

Second table are detector configs and channel count for all the other
experiment.

I will go over those quickly and we can discuss.

Hopefully all those informations are up to date.
