[Sbs] No weekly collaboration meeting this week

Dear SBS collaborators,
   Since we just had the collaboration meeting last week, I think we don't 
need a weekly meeting this week.  Volunteers are welcome for next week. 
There will probably also be some discussion of the proposals seeking 
collaboration endorsement next week.
