[Sbs] SBS Collaboration meeting July 7-8 and weekly meeting Wednesday

Dear SBS collaborators,

   As you know, we will have a collaboration meeting at JLab on July 7 & 8.

It appears we will meet in different rooms on the two days:
first day in F113 and your second day in L102.

We will have our next regular weekly meeting on Wednesday
in room F226 of CC.

The subjects of the meeting will rotate among the SBS topics:
the experiments, the detectors and other equipment, manpower, funding,
new ideas and other items important to our collaboration.

June 25  - Preparation for collaboration meeting
          - Proposed changes to SBS charter
          - Any other announcements/discussion?

    It would be helpful if presenters could send any slides to 
Vahe Mamyan, vmamyan at cmu.edu (preferably including a PDF
perhaps also PPT etc.) to have them posted on the collaboration web
site before the meeting.
