[Sbs] NO SBS meeting today

Dear SBS collaborators,

    Because people are busy preparing for next week's DOE review, there 
seems to be little enthusiasm for a meeting today.  (Also, I was busy and 
didn't chase down a presenter.)  So there will not be a meeting today.

   Also, because of the DOE review, there won't be a meeting next week. 
Volunteers or topic suggestions would be welcome for a meeting two weeks 
from today.
