[Sbs] Scheduling SBS summer collaboration meeting

Dear SBS members,

   The CC is considering July 15 & 16 for the SBS collaboration meeting. 
This are the Wednesday and Thursday immediately before the joint Hall A & 
C summer meeting.  So far no major conflicts with these dates have been 
discovered.  Please let me know if there is any serious problem with these 
dates or if you personally have a conflict.
