One piece of information is Hall D could record 600 MB/s on disk and like
400 MB/s on the SILO so that gives us a bit of headroom.

Also the two independent DAQ scheme was what was used for the Compton
polarimeter which allowed them to reach 100 KHz.

John having V1190 available is a nice option to relieve part of the
fastbus, since those are 100 ps resolution and pipelined ( easy to
integrate in the Fast VME DAQ no deadtime ). I would favor this option if
there are enough TDC channels for one detector. I will make a table to see
if that helps us in terms of SFI.
