[Sbs] Wednesday meeting AND registration for collaboration mtg

Dear SBS collaborators,

   First, please remember to register for the upcoming collaboration 
meeting (July 15-16).  The link to the meeting and registration is:

   Second, it is getting difficult to find subjects for the weekly meeting 
which aren't on the agenda for the collaboration meeting.  One subject did 
come up, but this may be quite a short meeting unless other people have 
topics they would like to bring up.... volunteers are welcome.

   Third, happy Canada Day, eh?

   We will have our next regular weekly meeting on Wednesday in room F226 
of CC.

Time: 11:00-12:00 (may end quite a bit earlier this week)

         All - DNP abstracts ("deadline" July 1... apparently you still
                                      have a few days of grace)
         TBD - volunteers welcome

The subjects of the meeting will rotate among the SBS topics:
the experiments, the detectors and other equipment, manpower, funding,
new ideas and other items important to our collaboration

    It would be helpful if presenters could send their slides to 
Vahe Mamyan, vmamyan at cmu.edu (preferably including a PDF
perhaps also PPT etc.) to have them posted on the collaboration web
site *** before *** the meeting.  Please try to send Vahe your slides
at least half an hour before the meeting, to give him time to get them
on the web site.

Presentations can also be shown through BlueJeans by the presenter
sharing his/her desktop.
