[Sbs] NO SBS meeting this week ... and congrats to Andrew

Dear SBS collaborators,

   I haven't found a topic for discussion this week so we won't have our 
usual Wednesday meeting.  If you have something you would like to present
at next week's meeting (or in two weeks, on the 27th) please let me know.

   Also, congratulations to Andrew Puckett who has been selected for a
DOE Early Career award for his proposal to work on SBS experiments.
