[Sbs] Weekly SBS meeting Wednesday - Erf method

Dear Brian and Nilanga,

I checked the Erf criterion we used for hit selection;

the criterion is in fact: Erf(q_4 * q_5) > 0.5

however q_i = ADC_i / (3 * RMS_ped) (and not ADC_i as I said), where i is
the sample index and RMS_ped is the pedestal noise

Since Erf(q4 * q5) > 0.5 is roughly equivalent to q4 * q5 > 0.5

it means we are doing something similar to ADC_4 * ADC_5 >  4.5 * RMS_ped^2
