[Sbs] Next SBS Collaboration Meeting Scheduled for Feb 23-34

Dear collaborators,

Thank you for your input on the next collaboration meeting.  Based on 
your responses, the best time will be Friday-Saturday February 23-24 and 
will try to arrange the schedule so people will be able to depart the 
afternoon of the 24th.  We will start preparing a registration page and 
drafting a schedule which we will share as soon as it is available.

Apologies that we weren't able to accommodate everyone for dates.
