[Sbs] New SBS Weekly Meeting Time

Hi everyone,

The new SBS Meeting time will be Wednesdays at 11AM ET which
accommodates almost everyone (apologies to those I couldn't). 

We will start with this time next week, February 1.  I'll send an
announcement prior to the meeting as usual.
