[Sbs] Kaon TDIS Run Group Report

Dear collaborators,

The review committee evaluating the kaon TDIS run group proposal has
completed its review and has approved for it to join the pion TDIS
experiment.  As a reminder, this proposal requests no new beam time or
changes to the original experiment and adds to the original physics case
of TDIS.

Attached is a brief report of the findings which I intend to forward to
the PAC at the end of this week.  Please contact me if you have any
questions.
