[Sbs] GMn ERR committee report

Dear SBS collaborators,

   Attached is report from the ERR review of the GMn experiment.  Some of you, who gave presentations at the review, have already seen this but I want to circulate it to the whole collaboration for input.

   In particular, we should try to address all recommendations of the committee in the next three (or four?) weeks.  If you see one for which you feel you can help, please contact me.

   I think we will be discussing the approach to responding to the recommendations in this week's SBS weekly meeting.
