Dear Colleagues of the SBS Collaboration,

We are pleased to announce the TDIS Collaboration Meeting, which will take place at JLab on Thursday, February 22nd. This will be a satellite meeting on the day before the SBS Collaboration meeting. We invite you to join us to discuss how we are preparing the TDIS experiment to use the tagging technique to scatter from a meson in nucleon to meson fluctuations, and also to access the meson structure function via the Sullivan process.

We will also have feature talks on the development of the Multiple Time Projection Chamber (mTPC), where we plan to start using continuous readout data stream systems at JLab and adapt SBS to be used as an electron spectrometer. The development of the mTPC can open doors to other processes, such as the neutron DVCS team is already exploring. So bring your ideas!

You can find the preliminary agenda in the following link:

Hope to see you there!

Best regards,
Marco Carmignotto and Cynthia Keppel
