[Sbs] Doodle poll on dates for SBS summer 2018 collaboration meeting

Dear SBS collaborators,

We are starting to plan an SBS collaboration meeting for summer 2018. 
The consensus from today's CC meeting was to hold the meeting in July, 
during the week before the PAC meeting, or immediately following the PAC 
meeting. I have created a doodle poll with several options. Please 
indicate which two-day options you could/would attend. Use the "if need 
be" option if only one of the days works or if the dates in question are 
less convenient. We will finalize the dates of the summer collaboration 
at our next CC meeting two weeks from today (May 21). Here is the link
