[Sbs] New run-group LOI for SBS: nDVCS with TDIS setup

Dear colleagues,

the draft of a letter of intent that we will submit to PAC46, which
proposes to measure Deeply virtual Compton Scattering on the neutron
simultaneously with the TDIS experiment.

The document still needs a few modifications and will be updated regularly
at the same link.
Please take a look at the document and submit us comments and suggestions.
Do not hesitate to let us know if you are interested in joining this new
experiment.
