[Sbs] Website Update

Good day:

I have made some minor changes to the SBS website to make it easier to get
to the weekly meeting files.  On the main page
https://hallaweb.jlab.org/12GeV/SuperBigBite/ there is now a link "SBS
Weekly Meetings" which will take you to a list of the recent meetings. 
Also on the main page, the weekly meeting archive folder can be accessed
by the link "SBS-minutes Archive" just a few spots down.

You can still add your talks to the archive folder from the CUE at
/group/halla/www/hallaweb/html/12GeV/SuperBigBite/SBS-minutes/2018/

or e-mail them to me at tireman at jlab.org or wtireman at nmu.edu.

If you get them to me an hour in advance, I will try to link them before
the 1 PM meeting.
