[Sbs] October Review Webpage

Good evening SBS Collaborators:

I have generated a webpage for the upcoming October review.  The page can
be found from the main SBS webpage by following the hyperlink "2018
October Review".

As for your presentation documents, please drop them in the directory

/group/halla/www/hallaweb/html/12GeV/SuperBigBite/meetings/rev_30oct2018/talks

OR email them to me at tireman at jlab.org and I will place them in the
directory.  If the file is large, you may send me a link to where it can
be found and I will transfer it over to the Hall A web server.

Just for your information, I will NOT be linking the presentations to the
October Review Page until the day of review.  This means you can change
your presentation up to the final day.  You can request others in the
collaboration to review your presentations by placing it in the above
directory and sending out a request for others to give feedback. The
'Talks' directory can be reached by hyperlink at this address:
